That constant evolution fuels my passion for hair—and I hope my clients can feel that in every appointment. ⸻ $125/hour — all-inclusive, customized, gratuity-free Why I Charge Hourly for Hair Services I charge $125 per hour to provide the highest level of customized care. This structure allows me to focus entirely on your unique needs, ensuring every appointment is personalized—without being limited by preset service menus or rushed timelines. This model also creates a gratuity-free experience. Instead of tipping, you simply pay for the time and expertise invested in your service. Before your appointment, I’ll provide a time estimate and a maximum quote that includes all materials and tools. If we finish early, you only pay for the time used. If we run longer, you’ll never pay more than the quoted maximum. It’s a clear, fair system designed to prioritize quality, value, and your satisfaction. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice A minimum 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% rebooking fee of the scheduled service. If I, Alice Kim, need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled for you without penalty, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. I will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. Please text or call to notify me of any delays. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will not be eligible to book future appointments.
