Select services include professional products, treatments (like K18), and finishing needed to achieve your desired result. Your exact investment varies based on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the style or color you’re looking for. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice A minimum 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% rebooking fee of the scheduled service. If I, Alice Kim, need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled for you without penalty, subject to availability. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be rescheduled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time. I will make every effort to accommodate you if possible. Please text or call to notify me of any delays. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and your card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Shows Clients who miss an appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost and will not be eligible to book future appointments.
